TGIF

Received a sms from Dewei (the drunkard) today. Now then he realised his pics had been taken during his drunkard state!! & he was asking for the culprit. Hahaaa~ Of cos could'nt let him know lar~ There were only 4 pax on that day. If he were to know who, must be either Jer or Garry who told him cos my lips are ZIPPED :-x

Have been a bz week. Meetings after meetings. Nv had headaches for the whole week before. But now I got it. Wanna take mc so much. But I couldn't bear to leave my workstation. I love my job. hahahaa

Most of the media agencies were surprised about our restructuring. I only told those I have liaised frequently. Those newbies, nah, can't be bothered. Anyway, new mgt is better I reckon. The new head definitely has a clearer head than the previous one. By end of next week I will be officially under Corp Leasing Dept. Good or bad? Too early to tell. *Pray hard*

One thing I learnt alot from this job is people mgt. Not only I have to deal with my mgrs, I have to deal with prospects and tenants. All sorts of crazy requests and demands they have. Did I mention about this ah beng tenant whom I have to deal with? Feel like killing him. None of my colleagues likes him. Not even my mgr. Chao ah beng. Asked him to remove his things, kept telling me he is not the boss, he couldn't make decision. Unless his boss tells him to do so, then he will. I cannot take pics of his place lar, I cannot fine him lar. Asked me to install another camera for him. KNS~ Who does he think he is? I am the mgt leh~ This is my place. He is just a tenant leh, I m the LANDLORD. Blardy man. Threaten to call police. Siao. Of all places, people only kah jiao his place. Some thing must be wrong with them already mah. Call police lor. There is nothing I can do also. His enemy or some animals enjoy shitting at his place, what can I do? My guard saw nothing mah. The camera nv capture anything mah. U wan u install camera yourself lor. But get my approval 1st. :p

Do people really get this bighead syndrome after getting abit of fame? There is this big shot idol from SG who will be performing at Far East Plaza tmr. The big shot idol demanded a singing mic or else he won't sing. Siao~ HK singers also used our normal mic to sing ah. What singing mic does he want??? Told my colleague to ask him get himself. Ask SDF to sponsor for his mic. We don't have.

Going for a movie later. Myth or Tim Burthy's Corpse Bride. Wanna watch the latter more. Later see how.

Gatherings

Time flies. Before I knew it, almost 1 month has past since the last gathering we had with Poly yr 3 mates. Yesterday was the official launch of our planned gathering. I only managed to drop emails to them about the location and time for the gathering. Some nv read email, as expected. So I smsed them in the morning. Though also kind of last minute lar, at least I got remind people leh. :p lol

Jer & Chris reached Marina Square 1st. The rest of us were late. So they went to find a restaurant for us. My hp was bombarded by the guys one by one, "Organiser late ah? How can?' In the end leh, Garry & Dewei also late mah. Only Chris was early. But this wasn't the best thing for the night. We have a 'show-face' ger, Suz. She actually came over to Balaclava after her dinner with her friends. Tort that she will join us after that, but immediately after she saw us, she announced that she was there to say hi-bye. *Seh* The funniest part was when almost drunk Dewei joined us. He msged Suz and Suz called him drunkard! hahaha He had grobbled 15cans of beer before joining us!!! In the end, we nv let him have any drink except a glass of warm water. Thruout the nite, he was sleeping at there.

Garry wanted to discuss 2 big plans yesterday but in the end, Suz left before even she hit the seat, Jean was away, Dewei was down. So the plans were casted aside again. Garry asked for suggestions but in the end we ended up giving him funny ideas. He can't tahan then complained that he wanted to be serious in front of us but we nv gave him the chance. Boh pian leh. The impression of u being the cranky guy has already deeply eteched into our minds.

Met up with Xuer on Thurs. She brought her bf. 1st impression: not bad, boyish looking, quiet but think he is super active type. Caring to her. From her description of him to me earlier on and our 1st meeting. Happy for her. Finally she found someone who can be as active n caring as her. perfect match! hehee Den we mentioned abt Esther. Long time nv go out with her already. Must find one day to have at least a coffee session with her..

Sick...

Kanna attack by some deadly flu bugs suddenly. Was perfectly fine this morning. After I settled down in the office, started to sneeze n sneeze. Felt like dying then. But still, I could still go John Little to shop. Hahaa. Told my colleague, I have this 天生劳碌命 fate. The 1st time I had breakfast out of office and went jalan jalan during office hours, I kanna flu. Can't even 'eat snake' during office hours. hahaaa. Bought a few items during the short trip. After the shopping session, my flu got worse. My colleagues asked me to go and see doc, I told them raining, very troublesome. Kanna scolded. Rain can go shopping but can't see doc. Lol. :p

There goes my spring cleaning session. Told the supervisor to find me lots and lots of boxes for storing stuff, he actually told me he only had those boxes for tissue!!! Siaoz~ Of cos I want those big one lar. Tissue boxes for what? Put pens ah? Siaoz.

He told me I am too rational. Which is y we couldn't be together. A normal conversation can always lead to an argument. I know he has big dreams to achieve. His never-say-die attitude is also one of the love-hate point for me. Too stubborn. Not that I wanted to bruise his ego or pour cold water at him. But I just wanted to let him see from another perspective. I never say he cannot have dreams but not a huge bubbled dream. I just want to let him see the whole pic. I did these becos I care. Even though we are no longer together. I told him I care, I treat him as a good friend n only a good friend will warn him of the danger ahead. I can jolly well tell him go ahead with his goals as it doesn't affect me, maybe I can even take advantage of him in the future. Who knows. In the end, we ended the conversation with him telling me that he never like to tell me about his plans cause I never listen to him. Pot calling kettle black. :p

Always hate people for lying to me. He knows I hate it but still did it. For what reason? I don't know. Trying to hide the truth about himself? Trying to play mystery? Maybe. But don't play with me lor. I mean if I ask you something and you do not wish to tell me, just tell me straight in my face or beat around the bushes if you are trying to play hard to get. I am fine. What I can't stand is, I never ask for it, you r the one who wanna let me know about something, yet you lie about the thing. I mean this is ridiculous wat... Then wat made me even madder was, he still dared to say he had already revealed the truth to me, y am I still so mad about it!!! Hey Hey, I am mad not cause you have let me know the truth but the fact that you lied to me!

Guys nowadays are even harder to understand...

Ups & Downs

This Monday morning I had a stupid dream. Dreamt of Rick.. He wanted to woo a pretty lady and asked me for my opinion. I told him to go ahead. Before I knew, he was already holding her hands & still dared to 晃来晃去 in front of me!! Bth~ Think the dream was abit too much for me. Cause the next moment, I was awake.. So upset that I woke up. hahaa I told him about the dream and made him promise that he will never ever bring his gf to me, unless I ask him to bring. Even if I ask him to bring, they cannot 晃来晃去 in front of me, can only show face and go off. :p

Heard that another 17yr old guy was kanna charged for being a 'racist' in his blog! Wah.. Guess the only thing you can go against with is the terrorist. Period. haa.

Was late for work today. Den my mgr was already in the office! So many days nv saw her. As swiftly as I could, I slipped into my cubicle. Not that she will scold me or what, she is a nice lady, but paiseh mah.. Was late for 30mins! All bcos of the stupid breakfast lar. Was shopping around for my breakfast but couldnt make up my mind. In the end, went to work emptyhanded. Duhz.

Had a long meeting with her. So much pending matters to settle before the handover. Then juz as I thought I can have a peaceful day today, Uncle Tan (my Engineering Exe) called me to tell me that a tenant wana bring in a 5tonne boomlift to setup for tomorrow's event! Siao~ 5tonne leh. Nowadays, people are getting more n more cunning. They only mentioned to you those that would definitely be approved. Those they thought surely will be rejected, they kept quiet. Den they gave u a BIG SURPRISE on the actual day. Trying their luck... See me small small wanna eat me. Idiots.. Too bad, I am representing the Landlord. I said no, what can you say? :p Moreover, I have got Uncle Tan. He supported me also. hee. But come to think about it, I also did the same thing lar for my last event. Trying to fool the authority but eventually no choice but to change venue. hahaa What goes around, comes around. Dun Play Play. hahaa

But dun think that the word Landlord is very big. Sometimes tenants are even bigger. One tenant wanted a roadshow space. I held on to that space cos it was been booked. Then she told me they r tenant, shd enjoy priority. Told her priority will be given if she comes to me before the initial client. First come first serve basis. Then she agreed to wait for my news. She sounded so compromising and cheerful then. But before I knew it, another mgr from other dept called me to find out what happened. Then she told me since my client has not confirmed with me, then it is not a first come first serve basis. What is this man.. There she was so amiable to my request. Behind, she called to complain. *Argh* People with no integrity! C them no up! Then no choice got to give them the space but they don't have enough budget for it. In the end, still want to bargain the price. Think wat? Market ah? But eventually, still got to give them lar, though not at the price we fixed earlier, still acceptable. Much better then what they counter-offered. Good money for that small area I must say.

Solving all these probs are enough to make me run up and down, here and there. So much so that I am getting headaches more n more frequently. Then, it seems that I am not the only one getting sick! Now the office left only 4 of us, 3 (incl. me) r down with all kinds of illness. Something must be wrong, either the work or the place. Hmm...

Ken called me yesterday when he touched down. Told me a shocking news. He is getting ROM on 24 Oct! Not that I don't know about his upcoming ROM but I thought it is going to be in Dec. He told me cos he could only find a chalet during that period. The other timings are fully booked. *Sehz* Funny man. Where got people choose date according to the availability of the chalet... The other day he told me his mom asked Rick and I to be their witnesses. Cause she tort its better to leave all these to the youngsters. Hahaa Cannot imagine the scenario, its like 2 kiddos getting marry and 2 kiddos being the witnesses. Can you imagine??? Weird right? Hopefully he has gotten rid of that idea.

Today's already Wednesday and I haven't planned for Friday's gathering with yr 3 Polymates! Jialat. Makan then R&R.. Went to Marina Sq last Sunday. Quite a no. of outlets have already opened. Can try there. After that can also go Suntec or Millenia for a drink. Actually was thinking of having meals and drink at Riverside Point. Can go there and unsettle stuff with Ana before meeting them for meals. Kill one bird with two stones. But chk out the prices for the meals. *Pengz* See what's their decision bah.

Tomorrow I am going to do spring cleaning for my store rooms! Promised Gwen to do it before I move office. Moreover, Director commented about our A&P corner being too messy. Throw face. How can 2 people use 4 storerooms and still not enough. Hahahaa True true. Going to uncover the truth tomorrow. Hee Finally, can wear casually on a fine weekday :)

Official Launch

I registered this blog since last year and only now then I finally decided to launch it and drop a few lines (hopefully). hee

Met up with Garry, Jer & Dewei last month. When Garry chided me for not updating him about my life. Duhz.. Kaypo. hahaa Then I realised he is a BLOGGER too! hahaa But that funny guy said he needed to draft his blog beforehand so would take awhile for him to update his blog everynow and then. He told me to start a blog too, so that people like him who are interested in my personal life can know what has happened to me.

So, to prevent him from making a fool in front of me, I have decided to start my blog..

Too many things happened during work this month. Exciting month indeed. With Aaren's departure, my workload has increased tremendously. All his half-completed works are still half-completed. Then news about restructuring in the org also started to finalise. I will be under Corporate Leasing instead of A&P Retails. But the jobscope is still more or less the same, except those that are "above the ground" are no longer under my care. Those "down to earth" things will still be mine. Hai... But this is not the worst part. What is worse is, I will be leaving Far East Square!!! No more snacking in the noon, teabreak already! No more food downstairs... & I have to travel NEL... But those who want to go Club Momo after work, can look for me. My office is at Central Square. Very near huh? hehee

With this very bz work schedule onhand, my dear Garry can still put me to organise gathering in Sept!! Till now, still thinking where to go. Any suggestions???
